Maidenhead Athletic Club

Maidenhead A.C. is a thriving athletics club based at Braywick Park in Maidenhead. We have a clubhouse prominently sited next to the running track.

We are a friendly club which welcomes and caters for all ages and abilities from beginners to County standard and beyond.

Club Nights

Wednesday when members and newcomers meet at 6.30pm, with road runs leaving around 6.45pm.

Training Sessions

Tuesday evenings training sessions are held, with qualified coaches, from 6.30pm.

Long Runs

For the real enthusiasts and those who like longer runs, join us Sunday mornings at 8.30am. Shorter runs can be arranged.

Our Junior section competes in Track & Field, Sports Hall and Cross Country. Juniors sessions are held indoors over the winter and at Braywick in the summer on Saturday mornings.

Beginners courses are held regularly to introduce newcomers to jogging, running and athletics.
